Ever scared someone away?
Have you ever felt like you scared someone into never calling you again?
I’m talking about a situation where you really like someone, tell them, and then they vanish into thin air. So disrespectful, right?
And yet it happens every day. At the time, it may seem like a confusing mystery that can’t be resolved. But the reality is not that complicated. When someone disappears from your life, it simply means they aren’t ready for you. They don’t want what you’ve got to offer. Heck, they probably don’t even know the full realm of juicy goodness that you are capable of. And guess what, it’s their loss. Nothing you do or say is gonna make them respect and appreciate your awesomeness.
So don’t waste your time trying to figure out why they did what they did when they did it. Respect yourself enough to figure out why you care about someone-who doesn’t want to care about you – the way you want to be cared for. And after you figure it out, care for yourself enough to learn the lesson and move on.
And the lesson is NOT to stop sharing your feelings. The lesson IS to share intimate feelings only with people who are worthy of you. And that takes time to figure out.

Some adults think AH-MAAAA-ZING Sex automatically indicates a serious soulmate connection. In some cases, that might be true. However, in today’s “Sex Soulmates (Part 2), Don’t Be Scared!” episode, Holly Peno warns people about the dangers of proclaiming someone as your soulmate, before you know the real deal.
If you really think you’ve finally found the one, what’s the rush in shouting it to the world? After all, you’ve got the rest of your life to do that. Because if they’re really ‘the one’ for you, they aren’t gonna vanish anytime soon.
